We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient rehabilitation center. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and a team of experienced clinicians in a supportive environment.
The caseload includes a wide range of orthopedic cases and specialties. The Physical Therapist will independently evaluate patients' level of function, determine treatment strategies, and administer medically prescribed treatments.
Responsibilities include patient examination, goal setting, implementing treatment interventions, providing patient / caregiver education, and participating in transition planning.
Qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, CT PT license, and BLS certification. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
