About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : IMCU / Step Down Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2 years, 1st timers OK License : RN License (may submit with license pending unless specified) Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine Required;
Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed Must-Have : - EPIC charting experience Job Description : - Provide care in IMCU / Step Down unit.
- Float between units as required; willingness to float to affiliate hospitals is mandatory.- Weekend shifts required : every other weekend.
- Orientation : 40 hours, non-billable.- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
- Follow Step Down unit patient ratio metrics : 1 : 3, 1 : 4.- Part of a teaching hospital with 536 total staff beds.- There is no on-call requirement;
