A renowned consultancy are looking to hire a Solution Architect who specializes in banking and financial services to join their team.
You will understand and translate customer needs and business imperatives into business, organization and technology solutions via the analysis, design and / or development of best practice business changes.
Key responsibilities of the Solution Architect include :
- Create solutions for sales opportunities with leading banks and large regional banks
- Leading a team to support banks and financial services with best practice business changes
- Develop deep understanding of GTM strategy for practice offerings across process improvement, efficiency enhancement, analytics, intelligent automation and roadmap assessment
- Leading medium to large scale RFPs and proposals
Requirements of the Solution Architect include :
- Bachelors degree is required
- 7+ years of Management Consulting or equivalent banking industry experience in a reputed institution
- Deep Banking industry functional knowledge
- Preferably should have worked for a Bank for at least 3-5 years
- Previous consulting and sales experience preferred
- Hands on experience in different banking sub-domains like payments, cards, retail banking, transaction banking, wealth management, capital markets etc.
This is a remote position, and the team are offering between $180,000 $210,000 for the right candidate for this role, alongside a wider benefits package.
