Job Summary :

The Transitional Rehabilitation Program (TRP) at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute - Golden Valley Campus is a 48-bed inpatient unit licensed as a skilled nursing facility for patients, exclusively serving individuals with neurological diagnoses. The primary patient population with an average age of 55 years old includes those recovering from stroke (CVA), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and spinal cord injury (SCI). As part of a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, occupational therapists in TRP play a central role in delivering evidence-based neurorehabilitation focused on functional recovery and safe community reintegration.

• Will support Neurorehabilitation (Primarily CVA, SCI, TBI)
• Neuro experience preferred
• 8-hour day shifts (8am - 4 : 30pm)
• Every 4th weekend

Generates a therapy diagnosis by gathering patient data and assessing the patient.

Supports and promotes new services as requested.

Pay Range

Pay Range : $33.49 to $45.90 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
