This role involves preparing legal documents, conducting research, and assisting attorneys in the smooth execution of real estate matters.

Job Title : Paralegal
Location : Downtown Dallas, TX
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay : $25.00 / hour
Responsibilities :
Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of real estate contracts, deeds, leases, and other legal documents.
Conduct title searches and analyze property titles to ensure clear ownership and identify any encumbrances.
Prepare and file legal documents with government agencies, including property transfer documents and mortgage filings.
Coordinate and manage real estate closings, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication with clients, agents, and lenders.
Perform legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and case law to support ongoing matters.
Draft correspondence, including letters, memos, and legal notices, as needed.
Maintain organized files and records related to real estate transactions and legal proceedings.
Assist with due diligence, including reviewing property records, zoning laws, and land use regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of real estate transactions.
Stay updated on changes in real estate law and industry best practices.
Job Requirements :
Paralegal certificate required OR Paralegal experience OR pursuing Paralegal certificate or degree
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work independently and display excellent time management skills
Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
HS diploma or GED required
