Family Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider

Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Family Medicine team at Carle BroMenn Medical Center on Franklin Ave in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Schedule is 40 hours / week (36 in clinic, 4 admin)
• Saturday rotation is usually one Saturday morning per month from 8-12
• This position would be joining a group of 6 providers that work in Family Med
• See an average of 15-16 patients daily
• Onsite lab services, Radiology, and Physical Therapy available at the hospital across the drive
• Candidates must be comfortable managing their own panel of patients

Education Requirements :

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.

Candidates with Advanced Practice Provider experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply.

Licensure / Certification Requirements :

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse / physician assistant licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67 / hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
