We’re searching for a Chief Technology Officer (aka The Visionary Technologist) to lead our tech teams into the future.

Key Responsibilities :
- Technology Strategist :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals. You’ll be the mastermind behind our tech roadmap, ensuring that we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Leader :
- Foster a culture of innovation within the tech team. Encourage the exploration of new technologies, methodologies, and ideas that could disrupt the market and bring us closer to our goals.
- Product Development Guru :
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Your leadership will ensure that our products are not only innovative but also scalable and secure.
- Team Mentor :
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and technologists. Your ability to inspire and guide will be key to building a cohesive team that excels at every challenge.
- Stakeholder Collaborator :
- Work closely with other C-level executives, product managers, and key stakeholders to ensure that our technology strategy supports our business objectives and enhances our product offerings.
- Cybersecurity Architect :
- Ensure that our systems are secure and compliant with the latest regulations. You’ll build and maintain a robust cybersecurity framework that protects our data and infrastructure.
- Budget Manager :
- Manage the technology budget, making strategic investments in tools, platforms, and people. You’ll ensure that every dollar spent delivers value and supports our long-term goals.
Requirements
Required Skills :
Technical Expertise : Extensive experience with a wide range of technologies, including cloud computing, AI / ML, big data, and software development.
You should be as comfortable with Python and JavaScript as you are with strategic decision-making.
Leadership Excellence : Proven experience leading large, diverse tech teams, with a track record of delivering successful products.
You’re the kind of leader who brings out the best in others, creating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Strategic Vision : Ability to think big and plan for the future, identifying trends and opportunities before they become mainstream.
You’re always two steps ahead, positioning our technology to capitalize on the next big thing.
- Security Savvy : Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. You’re the gatekeeper of our digital assets, ensuring that our systems are secure from threats.
- Communication Pro : Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
You make the intricate sound simple, bringing everyone on board with your vision.
Humor : A good sense of humor is essential. We take our work seriously, but we love to have fun while doing it. If you can crack a joke while debugging, you’re our kind of person.
Educational Requirements :
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree coupled with 10+ years of experience will also be considered.
- Certifications in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or data science are a plus. If you’ve written a tech blog or spoken at conferences, that’s even better.
Experience Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CTO or in a senior tech role. You’ve led tech teams to victory and have the success stories to prove it.
- A proven track record of delivering innovative products that scale. You’ve navigated the complexities of product development and come out on top.
- Experience in industries such as SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or other high-growth sectors. You know how to scale technology in fast-paced environments.
