Job Details :
- Pay : $2,800.00 per week
- $1,250 bonus
- $600 additional travel reimbursement
- Mileage Reimbursement
- 13 week contract - chance of extension
- Eureka, CA - Humboldt County
- Monday-Friday : 8A - 4 : 30P *1 weekend shift required per 13 weeks*
- 40hrs guaranteed per week
- Will see max 6 patients per day
Requirements :
- Active Unrestricted CA License
- Must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
- Must have your own and reliable transportation
- BLS via American Heart Association - required
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
