Responsibilities :

1. Dispensary Engagement and Displays :

• Set up and maintain eye-catching displays in dispensaries to maximize visibility and sales.
• Ensure that store requirements are met and our brand is prominently represented.

2. Brand Representation :

• Act as the face of Dank By Definition, embodying our values and maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
• Build strong relationships with dispensary staff and budtenders to enhance product knowledge and advocacy.

3. Marketing and Strategy :

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target demographics and market trends.
• Use data-driven insights to develop and execute effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.

4. Sales Promotion and Training :

• Drive sales through effective product promotion and customer engagement strategies.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for dispensary staff to ensure they are well-versed in our products.

5. Event Planning and In-Store Activations :

• Plan and coordinate in-store activations to showcase our products and educate consumers.
• Set up engaging booths and displays that attract attention and highlight product features.
• Educate consumers about our products through interactive demonstrations and informative sessions.
• Collaborate with dispensary staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activations.

6. Customer Satisfaction :

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills :

• Market Research and Analysis : Strong ability to gather and analyze market data.
• Sales and Persuasion : Proven track record in sales with excellent persuasion skills.
• Public Speaking : Confident in public speaking for presentations and promotional events.
• Event Planning : Experience in planning and executing successful in-store activations.
• Customer Service : Exceptional skills in customer interactions to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications :

• Willingness to Travel : Ability to travel as needed within New York.
• Valid New York Driver's License : Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Customer Service / Marketing Experience : Prior experience in customer service or marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or a similar position is preferred
• Experience creating engaging online content and a strong social media presence
• An engaging, friendly disposition
