Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

7-10 years of experience in program management with progressive responsibility

Proven experience leading large-scale strategic AI initiatives

2+ years of experience in a leadership role with a track record of team development

Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
