Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Business Liaison Manager

In this role the candidate will be primarily oversee all Enterprise Business Applications managed services incl SAP S / 4HANA / Ariba / BTP in one of the Key Clients of Genpact

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Enterprise Business Applications managed services incl SAP S / 4HANA, BW4HANA, Ariba in one of the Key Clients of Genpact.
  • Collaborate with business units and leaders across the client to define project objectives and scope and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with the account Client Partner and Practice teams to progress opportunities.
  • Build credibility and Trust with the IT COE and Business users and manage day to day queries and Change requests with an advisory mindset.

Work with clients to define their problems and co-create solutions.

  • Tracking of healthcare industry trends relevant to client business and bringing forth proactive ideas and solutions within the technology space.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration across commercial and technology functions.
  • Work with SAP BTP CoE and Innovation center to incubate various new technologies including BTP-PI / BTP-Build / Datasphere to address continuous business improvements and Digital Transformation Projects.
  • Oversee Onsite and offshore SAP delivery team deliverables, stage gates, resources, and costs.
  • Participate in customer QBR wrt Managed services and present the progress and follow through on the asks.
  • Build credibility and Trust with the Customer CoE and Business users
  • Ensure Customer NPS and Program Profitability Targets are achieved.
  • Support in new RFP and Bid Proposals
  • Create a learning and Curiosity Culture in the team members through mentoring and coaching.
  • Drive and champion continuous improvement initiatives within SAP systems to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the portfolio of projects currently in-flight and upcoming, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technical innovations and industry trends related to SAP platforms, providing expert guidance and recommendations to clients on how to leverage these innovations effectively.
  • Advise clients on maximizing the potential of their SAP platform to drive both business and IT transformation, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Develop and implement best practices for SAP configuration, customization, and deployment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Extensive SAP ECC / S / 4HANA Functional or Technical experience with Project Management experience
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP Technology either solutioning as a functional consultant or delivering projects.
  • Managed offshore / onshore delivery model for a client with business stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to managing other applications in the client environment like Ariba / Workday integrated with SAP ERP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with client IT, business users, and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • Skills to identify and troubleshoot issues related to managed services.
  • The ability to effectively present information in client QBRs.
  • Good understanding of waterfall, agile methodology and scrum processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or relevant experience. Certification a plus

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

  • A candidate with Finance domain experience is a plus.
  • Has managed SAP projects in Pharma client.
  • The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities;

geographic location; and internal equity
