Job Details :
- The Grocery Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Account Managers as they grow our regional grocery merchants.
- This person will be merchant-facing and will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team as a jack of all trades
- Tasks may include assisting with store expansions, salesforce admin, catalog auditing, JIRA ticket creation).
- Looking for a project manager or customer success manager with client-facing experience, highly organized with the proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 yrs experience; experience in salesforce is a plus.
