Seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist that will be engaged in content social listening to monitoring online conversations to analyze customer sentiment, brand mentions, and industry trends.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and track : Actively monitor social media, blogs, and other online channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and relevant industry conversations.

Analyze data : Use specialized tools to analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, sentiment, and emerging trends.

Report insights : Compile data into reports that provide actionable insights for marketing, PR, and customer service teams.

Identify trends and risks : Use social listening to identify emerging trends, potential crises, and opportunities for engagement.

Collaborate : Work with cross-functional teams like marketing, customer service, and PR to develop strategies and respond to issues.
