Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Clinical & Intern Supervisor position. This is a full-time position in the Specialty Behavioral Health Department based out of the Gardner Health Services Corporate Office located at 160 E Virginia Street, San Jose, CA 95112.

Under supervision, the Program Supervisor oversees clinical staff and the programmatic development of Gardner Health Service's Adult / Older Adult Full Service Partnership program.

Under the general direction of the Clinical Training Manager, this position is designed to support the clinical needs of the organization and oversee Gardner's Intern Program.

The Intern program is designed to recruit, train, and support 30+ Interns yearly. This position is also designed to support practices and procedures dedicated to increasing clinics competencies across Gardner's workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and mental health services as well as ability to supervise and lead clinical staff.

Minimum Qualifications :

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
• BBS Licensed two (2) years’ post, preferred.
• Experience providing training and supervision is highly desirable.
• Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Minimum three (3) years of related work experience working in Mental Health.
• Ability to supervise and provide consultation to staff.
• Must be comfortable speaking in a public setting.
• Must demonstrate knowledge in Reflective Practice.

Must demonstrate competence in trauma informed care and cultural humility as they pertain to behavioral health setting.

Compensation :

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

Program Supervisor : $98,000 - $110,000 / Annually
