REMOTE POSITION - Director of Business Operations / 2nd In Command
Are you a seasoned executive with a track record of project management in various areas of business operations? ABCO Maintenance, a Facility Maintenance and Construction company, is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced leader to step into the Business Operations department and work closely with our CEO.

Your Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage pivotal projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align project goals with company objectives

- Maintain exceptional organizational and follow-up skills to ensure project milestones are met
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Position Requirements :
- Extensive Experience : 8+ years in project leadership and management
- Stable Career History : At least one role of 5+ years at a single company
- Ownership and Tenacity : Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects
- Exceptional Decision-Making : Quick-thinking and decisive under pressure
- Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational Expertise : Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Technical Proficiency : Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Industry Experience : Background in construction or maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory
