    Role

    This role reports to the project manager and is a field installation role. This individual should have one or more certifications called out below as well as 5 years commercial construction installation experience specifically related to physical Security systems including access control and video surveillance.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities as outlined below, and any additional duties as required / assigned by the Project Manager.

    Construction

  • Oversee and actively participate in the installation of Security systems related to commercial environments, including education facilities. Some responsibilities include :
  • Layout and installation of access control systems including installation and termination of headend components.

  • Planning, installing and wiring of video surveillance systems.
  • Installation of intrusion systems in a commercial environment.
  • Turn up and commission of Security systems.
  • Provide post installation training to customers.
  • Managing other technicians for a successful job completion.
  • Participate in multiple projects at any given time.
  • Engage throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Company leadership direction

  • Assist with field Employee recommendations for improvement.
  • Some acceptable certifications

  • Avigilon, AMAG. Lenel OnGuard, Lenel S2, Bosch, DMP, Axis.
  • Other Requirements

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively work in computer-controlled Security environments.
  • Maintain job material inventory.
  • Maintain a clean professional appearance, professional integrity, and respect.
