They are actively searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to lead their Civil Construction Unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a strategic plan to assure Construction teams deliver crucial projects which align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop strategic connections with industry partners, creative teams, and clients to anticipate future business development prospects.
- Overlook multiple different projects from the preconstruction phase to closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Assume responsibility of contract negotiations, risk assessment, and pricing decisions to secure successful project delivery.
- Maintain a strong relationship with Senior Leaders to discuss critical business initiatives.
- Actively participate in creating budget targets and financial objectives by providing financial oversight which aligns with project objectives.
- Lead the development of project delivery approaches, highlighting alternative approaches and implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Highly skilled in budgeting, scheduling, field supervision, client relationships and risk management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to frequently visit project sites.
- Deep knowledge with large scale projects across the heavy civil market.
