Parts Service Clerk responsibilities and duties :
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Research accounts
Team with channel partners to build pipeline
Perform effective online demos to prospects
high school diploma / GED preferred (current student okay)
1+ years' retail sales or customer service experience a plus
1+ years' knowledge of Diesel Trucks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a PLUS but not needed.
Must have own transportation to and from work (NO BUS ROUTES AVAILABLE)
