Location : Ridgefield, NJ Salary : $21-23 per hour Hours : 9 AM 5 : 30 PM Job Overview : We are looking for a proactive and detail- focused Customer Service Representative to become part of our expanding team.
In this role, you will provide top-tier service to our customers, handle inquiries efficiently, and facilitate a smooth coordination between sales, production, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities : Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding our cabinetry products, services, and availability. Collaborate with the sales team, production, and shipping to ensure customer needs are met from start to finish.
Handle customer complaints or concerns, offering effective solutions while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ensure all data entry and documentation are handled with precision and attention to detail. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing insights to improve processes.
Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up. Qualifications : Experience or knowledge in cabinetry or related industries is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or related fields. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work well in a team setting and contribute to team success. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
