Responsibilities : -Manage a diverse caseload of estate litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Communicate regularly with clients, partners, and other attorneys on case updates
- Collaborate with team members on complex cases and provide guidance to paralegals and support staff Requirements : -Must be admitted to the New York bar
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in estate litigation
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven track record of success in handling complex cases
