ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain and repair all plumbing and electrical installations
- Understand the layout of installations to be able to perform fixes faster and more effectively
- Install pipes and tubes
- Pay attention to wiring
- Troubleshoot
- Repair or replace broken parts
- Repair various appliances
- Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems such as ACa and radiators
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on all mechanical and plumbing equipment

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
1 Year minimum experience as an electrician.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
