- $500 Travel Reimbursement *PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 mile radius of Neenah, WI* BLACKOUT DAY(S) - MUST WORK CHRISTMAS DAY SHIFT Contract Length : 13 weeks Start Date : ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 Shift : 12hr Variables Start Time : 12 hr Variable for ER is 1p-1a, 3p-3a & 7p-7a Weekends : 3 of 6 weekends required Holidays : Holiday rotation Float Requirements : Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - within 60 mile radius On Call / Call Back Requirements : None Certifications : WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS & TNCC (preferred) & NIHSS (preferred) Education : BSN not Required, Strongly Preferred Minimum 3 years RN experience REQUIRED Charting : Epic within the last year REQUIRED Required Skillset : 2+ years ER experience in Trauma Level I or Level II REQUIRED 13 Bed Level II Trauma & Stroke Center 70 +patients per day IP Behavioral Health-high psych population and larger pediatric volume 1 : 4 Ratio Scrub Colors : Black No new travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
