SSM Health Dean Medical Group has a rewarding career opportunity for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our specialty palliative care program across the continuum in Madison, WI.
The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with the cardiology and pulmonary providers and other interdisciplinary team members.
This provider is accountable for providing specialty palliative care to cardiology and pulmonary patients and their families in the clinic and hospital.
The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, service-oriented and will demonstrate the competencies of a palliative care provider.
