Speech Therapist (ST) Job Description / Requirements :
Evaluation / Treatment of Patients : Complete evaluation and treatment of patient (Adult patients)
Assist in evaluating level of function and in developing the plan of care.
Provides Continuity of Care : Ensure appropriate planning for patient discharge / reassessment.
This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $95-120 per visit. visits are 45 minutes in length.
We also accept applicants / contractors in different parts of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernardino county .
We are hiring in multiple locations across southern California for PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA : such as Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Simi Valley, Northridge, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Santa Monica, Culver city, Inglewood, Southgate, East LA, Down-town LA, South LA, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Diamond Bar, Hollywood, Beverly Hills,
