House of Mera is a dynamic and stylish clothing boutique located in the Plaza West Covina Mall. We specialize in offering high-quality, trendy floral dresses and men’s apparel, providing an inviting and fashionable shopping experience for our customers.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our team and help elevate our in-store experience.
Position Summary :
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
You will be key in maintaining the brand’s image, overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth business functions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and manage store inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and properly merchandised.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to keep the store visually appealing and on-brand.
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Maintain store security and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a retail store manager or similar leadership role in a boutique or fashion retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to improve performance.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion and retail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or fashion is a plus.
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : $42,456.00 - $81,566.00 per year
Expected hours : No more than 40 per week
