About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2295 To $2549 Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Oncology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Experience : 2+ years in clinical research, oncology experience preferred License : Valid California RN License Certifications : BLS certified Must-Have : Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) in Medidata Solutions software- Previous clinical research experience Job Description : Coordinate data for completion of case report forms (CRFs) and perform data entry for clinical research trials and projects.
- Review all clinical study records to ensure complete documentation in compliance with regulations.- Assist the research staff in meeting all data lock and query resolution deadlines.
- Update outside sponsors as needed on query resolution and outstanding number of CRFs to be completed.- Act as a liaison between the research department and sponsors to ensure timely CRF completion.
- Maintain research charts and subject records.- Obtain medical records, death certificates, and death information for all subjects as needed.
Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in biology or a science-related field- Medical office experience- Experience with Medidata Solutions or other EDC platforms used for clinical research- Membership or certification with SOCRA (Society of Clinical Research Associates) Additional Information : Position is first-timer accepted- No weekend or on-call required- Candidates should be willing to float within their scope to meet facility needs- COVID-19 vaccine and current booster required without exemptions
