In 2024, Pasquini merged with Espresso Services (ESI), a technical coffee service company; setting the standard for service quality and customer support in the specialty coffee industry.
The Company is a leader in the specialty coffee industry with the goal of helping customers serve a high quality and consistently prepared coffee beverage through technical excellence.
This role is responsible for performing installation, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer-owned and company-owned coffee equipment both at customer locations and in the shop.
This position is also responsible for providing high-quality work and excellent customer service to ensure highly satisfied customers.
Your Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment.
- Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software.
- Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes.
- Making sure your company provided service vehicle is neat, organized, and well-stocked.
- Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service.
- Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured.
- Time management.
- Customer service skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to be a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of multimeter use.
- Vo-Tech school degree; or one to two years related experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar).
- Experience in the coffee industry.
