POSITION : JV Head Coach, Baseball

QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's or advanced degree with teacher's certificate preferred. Previous coaching experience is preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong history of character and baseball coaching experience. The baseball JV head coach must demonstrate a commitment to the ideals of Catholic and Jesuit education.
If a teaching or position is open in the school fitting a candidate's credentials, the coaching candidate may apply separately for that position if interested.

- Demonstrate strong teaching, leadership and organizational qualities within a competitive and comprehensive interscholastic baseball program.
- Foster a team environment that supports a strong work ethic and the appropriate behavior and sportsmanship of all participants.
- Exhibit great passion for baseball and the high school athletics experience.
- Effectively and positively communicate with student-athletes, administration, parents and coaches.
REPORTS TO : Baseball Head Coach
WORK SCHEDULE : Afternoon practices and Saturday contests (Spring Season, Early-March through late-May).
