Allpro Health Consulting is seeking exceptional and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our distinguished team in Queens.

Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Accurately monitor and record vital signs, weight, and food and fluid intake.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Uphold a pristine, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere.
- Adhere to individualized care plans, respecting the dignity and privacy of each resident.
Qualifications :
- Current certification as a CNA.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience working with dementia patients.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a professional team.
- Experience in a long-term care facility or with dementia patients (preferred).
