Join us on a mission to advance medicine.* *Physician Critical Care - Maplewood & Woodbury, MN* *We are seeking a Critical Care Physician to join our practice at the M Health Fairview St.

John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN and the M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN.* *Practice Highlights : * The Critical Care physician will devote their clinical efforts to providing high quality clinical care in community-based hospitals located throughout the Twin Cities area.

The primary clinical effort will be at the M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital (mhealthfairview.org / locations / m-health-fairview-st-johns-hospital) in Maplewood and the M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital (mhealthfairview.

org / locations / m-health-fairview-woodwinds-hospital woodbury) in Woodbury, MN with possible coverage at other hospitals within the M Health Fairview system.

  • Collaborative group practice with a large internal referral base that includes 17 physicians and 5 advance practice providers.
  • Will see approximately 10-12 patients per day in the ICU setting.* Will be a part of the rotation of ICU nights, weekends and holidays.

What % of their time will be nights?* St. John's Hospital is a 184-bed community hospital with 20 ICU beds, and 31 specialty services serving the eastern metro.

  • Woodwinds Hospital is an 86-bed community hospital with 8 ICU beds, and 25 specialty services serving the southeast metro.
  • Support staff includes respiratory therapy and RN's, pharmacy, nutrition, etc.?* EPIC EMR is used throughout the healthcare system.
  • Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Critical Care Medicine fellowship-training program.
  • Board certified with the ABIM in internal medicine and board eligible / certified in critical care.* Licensed or ability to acquire medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota and meet threshold criteria / qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
  • Ability to receive work authorization in the United States from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status according to the requirements of the VISA.
