Job Description

As a Project Management specialist, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, implementing, executing, and completing specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Your role will involve managing project goals, contributing to project planning, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing project budget and resource allocation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Provide direction and support to project team, quality assurance, and constant monitoring and reporting on progress to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
