Client Digital Labs’ mission is to create customer and business value. We can elevate our impact by recognizing how operational risk intersects our core mission, and addressing operational risk as it exponentially increases as our digital payment products scale.
As part of the Digital Payment Product team, this individual will be responsible for building and executing a robust operational risk management program.
Partnering with Product Managers, Product Enablement, Production Support and Control Management governance teams, this person with lead complaint investigation processes, refresh Key Risk Indicators and alerts, support audit requests (internal and external), lead issue management and event closure processes, and drive documentation and best practice sharing across the product portfolios.
Embedded in the product team, driving risk awareness and proactively identifying opportunities to increase control protects and accelerates our ability to meet our customers needs every day and deliver world class payment experiences.
Job Qualifications :
- Project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills and attentive to detail
- Proven experience understanding technical concepts and working with engineers to problem solve production issues at scale
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision
- Experience in negotiating and building position relationships with stakeholders
- years of relevant product operational risk or product adjacent work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
