Job Title : Registered Behavior Technician
Location : Belmont, CA
We are interviewing for a Registered Behavior Technician. Please see details below :
Details / Specifications :
- FT Hourly
- High likelihood of renewal
- RBTs needed in the district to finish out school year
- Candidate will be required to collect data on student behavior as part of their assessment process
- Previous RBT Experience
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges
- Provide one-on-one support to students, delivering behavior-based interventions and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development of behavior support plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and interventions
Qualifications :
- RBT or ABA Certification
- Schools Experience preferred
