- Number of Beds : 33· Patient Ratios : 1 : 6· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretary on unit from 7 AM -11P3 CNAs for 33 patients;
- Charge RN each shift; Clinical Manager and Director· Type of equipment : Electronic white boards, iPhones with iMobile; remote telemetry· Documentation system : Meditech· Scheduling requirements : 36 hours and every other weekend as needed· Floating policy : Travelers are first to float· Patient Experience requirements : Hourly rounds on day shift;
2 hour rounds after 9 pm
