UKG is looking for a Product Manager to build payroll products for small and mid-sized businesses. Our mission is to empower businesses to create a Great Place to Work for their employees.

UKG Ready is our SMB platform used to deliver on this mission with all-in-one HR and Payroll experience, and we are investing in Tax products as one of the strategic areas of growth.

This is an opportunity to own the success of your own product area and make a visible impact for the company, our customers, and their employees.

About the role,

• Responsible for Compliance and Tax Products,
• Improve compliance of SMB payroll clients,
• Research and understand tax legislation and calculations,
• Influence the overall product strategy in the process.

Qualifications

About you,

Basic Qualifications :

• 6+ years of experience in building complex B2B products with demonstrated market impact
• Deep understanding of payroll, tax, or related products
• Synthesize complex situations into coherent set of actions for clear outcomes
• Fantastic communicator with customers, developers and senior leadership
• Highly analytical, and comfortable digging into data

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience owning product strategy for complex B2B products

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $122,600 to $150,895, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.

This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $140,990 to $173,529 per year.
