A company is looking for a Brownfields & Community Revitalization Practice : Senior Professional II Sr. Project Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities : Project management / grant administration for multiple Brownfield & Environmental Justice (EJ) grant-funded projectsPlanning, executing, and overseeing Phase I / II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and remediation activitiesProposal support, state and federal grant application support, and additional assigned dutiesQualifications : Bachelor's Degree in engineering, geology, urban planning / design, or another scienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a project managerMinimum 10 years of experience in environmental site assessments and remediation activitiesExperience organizing multi-disciplinary teams and exercising discretion and good judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
