Responsibilities :
1. Transmission Diagnostics : Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot transmission concerns.
2. Transmission Rebuilding and Replacement : Perform skilled rebuilding and replacement of transmissions, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
3. Repair of Harnesses, Valve Bodies, and Transmission Parts : Address issues with harnesses, valve bodies, and other transmission components, demonstrating expertise in repair and replacement.
4. Bay Management : Efficiently manage multiple bays, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
5. Mentorship : Take the opportunity to mentor and guide younger technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative work environment.
6. Hard Work and Dedication. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to the automotive field, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements :
1. Proven experience as an Advanced Transmission Technician.
2. Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and address transmission concerns.
3. Expertise in rebuilding and replacing transmissions, repairing harnesses, valve bodies, and related parts.
4. Ability to manage multiple bays and handle a fast-paced work environment.
5. Passion for working on cars and dedication to the automotive field.
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and collaborate with other team members.
