About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Labor and Delivery Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night; 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Information Not Provided Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : GA or Compact license must be in hand at the time of application Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP Must-Have : Circulation experience in C-Sections;
Ability to work every other weekend; Flexibility to float within the facility Job Description : Provide care for adults in labor and delivery - Circulate during C-Sections- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 2 in a unit with 12 rooms and an average daily census of 5 patients- Utilize facility systems such as Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR- Comply with full compliance to start on time- Only 3 call-outs allowed during the 13-week assignment- Participate in orientation for 13 hours- Follow scrub color requirements provided by the facility- Must be available to work on major holidays if they fall within the assignment period- Required to manage floating assignments within the facility - Adhere to holiday and on-call requirements- Flexibility in scheduling is necessary as block scheduling is not guaranteed- Provide two supervisory references, preferably from a manager or above, during the application process Additional Information : Availability for a maximum of 7 days off is allowed, with limited time off during specific holiday periods.
Candidates must complete and schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
