Compensation :
$38,000 - $67,500 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing and filing legal documents with courts as needed.
- Create drafts of pleadings, responses to discovery requests, and various motions.
- Support attorneys by managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, tracking deadlines, and overseeing expenses.
- Coordinate and confirm deposition schedules, preparing as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and faxes.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
- Be available for on-site work as required.
- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
- Assist in managing video conferencing requirements effectively.
- Answer incoming calls and contribute to team efforts as needed.
Qualifications :
- Must consistently demonstrate punctuality and reliability in all aspects of work.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication within the team.
- Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exhibit a high level of initiative in managing multiple priorities with exceptional judgment.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation is required.
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting to work.
- Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
