Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver daily, high quality, rigorous instruction aligned to state standards
- Maintain a safe, positive classroom climate and an environment conducive to learning.
- Recordkeeping including daily attendance, grades, and discipline logs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Eligibility for / Possession of a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
- Intern and Emergency Credentials Accepted
- Bachelor's Degree
Salary :
Up to $119,000 based on education and experience
Elizabeth Stewart School is located in the small East Bay town of Pinole and serves students from Transitional Kindergarten up to 8th Grade.
We are seeking a teacher with a multiple subject teaching credential to join our departmentalized middle school program.
The teaching assignment includes five 50 minute courses per day with a 50 minute preparation period daily. The five courses are, PE, Science 7 (2 sections), ELA 6, and ELA 8.
