Your Role
- Manage a team of Supers to efficiently deliver roofing installations
- Coordinate job details between the field and office
- Ensure a high-quality standard is achieved
- Deliver excellent customer service

Their work is split between 70% re-roofing, 25% service works, and 5% new construction. Sectors include manufacturing, healthcare, heavy industrial, airports, and higher education sectors.

Key Requirements
- 3 - 5 years' experience in roofing management
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
