About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1675 To $1861 Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : None specified Must-Have : - Completed prescreening form with the application- Resume and license verification attached- Three references- County Criminal check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)- Federal Criminal check (7 years or more)- Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)- HHS / OIG Search- GSA Search- Social Security Number Trace- 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-Ray- SAM Search Job Description : - Conduct physical therapy treatments as directed by physical therapists- Assist patients in performing exercises and using therapy equipment- Monitor and document patient progress- Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions- Maintain equipment and therapy areas- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining patient records- Adhere to all health and safety regulations- Prepare for and complete any required COVID testing prior to start dateThis position does not require bilingual skills or holiday coverage.
