- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.- Educate patients and families on health care needs, safety, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and standards of practice.- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Note : This position requires a Registered Nurse with a commitment to providing quality care in the Medical / Surgical unit.
