MAILROOM/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - ONSITE IN MINNETONKA, MN

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities : Essential Functions

The Mailroom / Warehouse Associate performs a variety of functions. Tasks include but are not limited to :

• Slice envelopes using high efficiency slicing equipment.
• Sort the mail by project, which requires familiarity with all projects and their individual mailroom processing requirements.
• Extract surveys from envelopes on the Opex, automated envelope opening equipment.
• Extract surveys from envelopes manually when they can't be processed on the Opex machine.
• Extract survey incentives from envelopes and accurately report quantities.
• Unfold surveys following project-specific processes
• Sort surveys by languages and versions
• Count surveys for volume reports that are delivered to clients.
• Scan / Wand barcodes from surveys into Excel databases using handheld barcode readers.
• Review marginal comments on surveys for specific criteria and sort accordingly.
• Box surveys when data capture is complete.
• Organize boxes in warehouse and prepare for high-volume recycling and shredding days.
• Move boxes in the warehouse between upper and lower bays / warehouse racking
• Move boxes between onsite and off-site storage areas
• Update storage logs as boxes are added and removed from the warehouse.
• Process a high volume of mail surveys daily with speed and accuracy.
• Assist with post office mail pick-ups on high-volume days.
• Serve as backup driver for mail and package pickups .
• Load and unload the Adapt van with mail trays, tubs and boxes.
• Support the Data Capture team as needed.

• Enter alpha and numeric data from scanned images into a computer following project-specific instructions at a production speed.
• Scan surveys on high-speed scanning equipment
• Other related tasks as assigned by management

Environmental Conditions : General office conditions with proper lighting and ventilation. This position is an on-site position at 5610 Rowland Road, Suite 160, Minnetonka, MN 55343.

This position can't be done remotely.

Position Status : Full Time Non-Exempt

Schedule : 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Educational Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements : Must be able to sit & stand for long periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

The Mailroom Clerk / Associate position spends part of their day on their feet and the other part sitting down, either processing postal mail or working on a computer.

We are looking for a high energy person to perform the mailroom process.
