DUTIES
Market Kitchens provide homemade goods for busy people who crave both freshness and convenience. We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in the recipes we create.
Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
Kitchen staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.
As a Kitchen Manager, some of your responsibilities will include :
- Cooking and supervising the preparation and cooking of deli dishes
- Assist customers
- Stock products
- Organizing and coordinating with for setting up special in store events
- Taking inventory
- Supervise, schedule, and train employees
- Professional and courteous communications
- Creating and maintaining store records
- Manage purchasing, merchandising and expense control to maximize profits
Ideal applicants will be strong leaders, have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and have previous Kitchen and management experience.
You must be 18 years or older.
