A Senior Art Director on the Employee Marketing team at is passionate about art direction that contributes to compelling digital and offline campaigns.
Every member of the creative team is customer obsessed, always innovating and savvy across all channels, from social media platforms to direct mail and marketing collateral materials.
As a visual storyteller, you’re skilled at developing creative concepts alongside creative partners, and can bring those ideas to life in ways that motivate audiences to take action.

You can work efficiently under quick-turn timelines. You design within the brand, while expressing the brand in new and differentiating ways.
Responsibilities
- Concept and collaborate on digital, offline and integrated marketing campaign ideas, delivering visually compelling designs that fit the creative strategy
- Responsible for ideation, design and production files on assigned projects
- Present conceptual ideas to internal clients and team members with clarity and confidence
- Ability to listen attentively, ask insightful questions, interpret and incorporate feedback
- As an agile, hands-on and engaged performer, prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver strong communication design sensibilities and an understanding of how composition, information hierarchy, color theory and typography work together to drive home a message
- Collaborate with account managers, project managers, strategy teams and production teams to create innovative campaigns that generate audience results
- Stay creatively fresh : Actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends) with aligned teams
Qualifications
- years of external agency experience; with years as a senior art director
- A strategic thinker and creative leader
- Experience collaborating and concepting with copywriters and other team members
- Proven creative / marketing design and art direction skills (portfolio required)
- Knowledge of online marketing, visual design, usability, accessibility, interaction design, brand principles, and the creative process
- Experience across a wide range of channels, including email, online paid media, video, social media, web landing pages, web banners, print, direct mail
- Ability to adapt and problem solve proactively, with a sense of urgency
- Effective presenting work to internal clients
- Attention to detail
- Self-directed, motivated and resourceful with time management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
