What You'll Be Doing · Lead pivotal projects to enhance community infrastructure, offering innovative solutions in sectors such as land development, transportation, and municipal work, catering to a broad client base.

  • Provide mentorship to entry-level staff, significantly contributing to their professional development and fostering a culture of learning and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with dedicated, high-quality service.
  • Encourage a workplace atmosphere that promotes both personal and professional growth, where collaboration is the cornerstone of team success.
  • Embrace the role of a hands-on design expert who enjoys direct client interaction, mentoring budding engineers, and ready to take on increased responsibility to stretch skill sets and advance your career.

Your Expertise · Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oregon · Bring at least five years of broad experience in civil engineering · Display your design mastery through AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, SSA, and Water CAD, tools that you wield to bring visions to life.

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence, both in writing and in person, engaging clients and stakeholders with ease and professionalism.
  • Juggle multiple projects with finesse, keeping everything on track with your exceptional organizational skills. · Demonstrate a passionate dedication to client service, always aiming to surpass expectations and deliver memorable support.
  • Take pride in nurturing the growth of our newer team members, sharing your knowledge through mentorship and tailored training sessions.

Physical Demands and Work Environment · Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.

  • Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs. · Occasionally visiting project locations and performing field inspections which may involve walking, standing, kneeling, or navigating uneven terrain.
  • Traveling to project sites or client meetings, which may involve driving . · Hybrid work environment - 3 days a week in-office, with flexibility to work from home 2 days.

The expected range for a qualified candidate with over 5 years of experience is $85,000-$95,000.

Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
