In This RoleYoull :
- Developindividualized educational plans aimed at improving patientsmobility function and quality oflife.
- Monitor anddocument patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessaryto achieve desiredoutcomes.
- Participate in continuingeducation opportunities and stay current with advancements inphysical therapypractices.
- Implement therapeuticinterventions including exercises manual therapy techniques andmodalities to address patientsneeds.
- Educate patients and theirfamilies on home exercise programs injury prevention and lifestylemodifications to promote optimalhealth.
- Conduct comprehensiveevaluations of patients physical conditions including assessingstrength range of motion balance andcoordination.
- Maintain accurate andtimely records of patient evaluations treatments and progress notesin compliance with organizational and regulatorystandards.
- Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals includingphysicians occupational therapists and speech therapists to ensurecoordinated and effectivecare.
Requirements
- Commitmentto providing compassionate patientcenteredcare.
- Masters degree inPhysical Therapy from an accreditedprogram.
- Current state licensures oreligibility for licensures as a PhysicalTherapist.
- Ability to develop andimplement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patientneeds.
- Strong clinical skills and athorough understanding of physical therapy principles andpractices.
