About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Speech Therapist Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Hours Experience : Minimum Years of Experience Required License : State License Verification Certifications : N / A Must-Have : Rehab Optima Experience Preferred Job Description : Perform Speech Therapy evaluations and treatments for patients as prescribed by a physician.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans including goals and outcomes.- Communicate patient progress and plans to the patient, family, and healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to quality standards and state licensure regulations.- Provide education and support to patients and families.- Complete all required background and verification checks, including : - Resume and three references - County Criminal Check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal Check (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - Iowa SING Background Check Position Urgency : Normal Bilingual : Not Required Holiday Coverage Required : No
