The Senior Cisco ISE Engineer functions as a Subject Matter Expert within the Consulting Services division of BlueAlly. The Senior Engineer must be able to lead small to enterprise initiatives, work independently, and develop an in-depth technical and business understanding of the working environment for Clients across numerous industries and / or verticals.

This role is Hybrid - onsite 2 days a week in Woodlawn, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Applies broad technical expertise to address business challenges
  • Leads a multi-disciplinary teams focused on a complex project
  • Develops and delivers briefings and presentations for clients
  • Produces relevant documentation
  • Manages project budgets and schedules
  • Develops and presents relevant reports

Knowledge & Experience

  • Functions as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Ability to act independently
  • Leads small to mid-size initiatives
  • In depth technical and business understanding of the working environment
  • Expert knowledge of all aspects in one or more of the following :
  • Network Engineering
  • Security
  • Data Center
  • Network Design / Configuration
  • Unified Communications and Collaboration
  • Virtualization

    • Mandatory Position Requirements :

  • U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent (Green Card Holder Status) due to federal regulations and contractual requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Subject Matter Expert level in Cisco Services (Cisco ISE)
  • Extensive experience in Cisco Data Center and Enterprise Routing and Switching
  • Extensive experience in Cisco Wireless
  • CCIE Certification - need to be at this level, will consider candidates with recently expired certifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain client suitability and undergo a background and drug test to include marijuana

  • Experience with Cisco DNA-Center
